This Privacy Policy explains how Dynanetix, LLC (“Dynanetix,” “we,” “our,” or “us“) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information when you access or use the Talk to Story website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service“). It also describes your privacy rights and how you may exercise them.

1 · Scope & Eligibility
The Service is intended solely for individual, recreational use by persons 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). Users aged 1317 may participate only with verifiable parental consent; we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (COPPA).
Sensitive Data Caution 🚫
The Service is not designed to ingest health records, government IDs, financial account numbers, or other highly sensitive personal data. Do not include such information in your prompts or stories. If you voluntarily provide sensitive data, you acknowledge it will be processed as ordinary User Submissions under this Policy.

2 · Information We Collect
We purposely keep data collection minimal. We do not collect your legal name, mailing address, phone number, or government ID.

Model Improvement & Human Review – We automatically log all prompts and AI Output. A strictly limited team of authorized employees and contractors may sporadically review excerpts to debug issues, audit safety filters, and train, finetune, or evaluate our language and image models.
Communicate – respond to inquiries, send administrative messages and (with consent) marketing.
Protect & Enforce – detect fraud, abuse, and unauthorized use; enforce Terms.
Comply with Law – tax, accounting, AML, consumer protection, and data protection obligations.

5 · International Transfers
We are U.S.based. If you reside in the EEA, UK, or other regions with data transfer restrictions, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent safeguards for lawful transfers.
6 · Retention & Backups
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined above and to meet legal requirements.
Backup Limitation: Deleted chats and stories may remain for up to 90 days in encrypted backup archives and may persist indefinitely in aggregated, deidentified datasets used for analytics and model training. Complete erasure from all systems cannot be guaranteed.
7 · Your Privacy Choice – Account Deletion
If you want your personal information removed from Talk to Story, simply submit an Account Deletion Request via in-app settings or by emailing [email protected].
Upon verifying the request, Dynanetix will permanently erase or irreversibly anonymize all personal data reasonably linked to your account unless we are legally required to retain specific records (e.g., payment transactions, fraud prevention logs, or compliance with applicable regulations). Once deletion is completed, the action is irreversible, and your account cannot be reactivated.
If local laws grant you additional privacy rights, exercising the account deletion option will satisfy those rights to the maximum extent permitted.
